As an Engineering Manager on our Cryptocurrency Trading Platform , you will lead a team of back-end engineers and partner closely with traders, quantitative analysts (quants), product, and operations to deliver our internal crypto Order Management System, algorithmic trading strategies, and analytics platforms. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects - translating business and trading priorities into clear roadmaps, unblocking your team, and ensuring we ship reliable, scalable systems on time. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineering leader who is energized by the pace of digital asset markets and wants to build a culture of technical excellence in a fast-moving, international environment. The role is based in London. WHAT YOU WILL DO - People Leadership & Growth: Manage, coach, and grow a team of back-end engineers, including setting expectations, running performance reviews, and supporting career development, while actively recruiting new talent. - Project & Delivery Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across trading, quant, and product teams. This includes owning roadmaps, risk management, prioritization, and communicating status to stakeholders. - Technical Strategy & Excellence: Partner
