The Role We are seeking a finance executive to run our Finance & Strategy Go-To-Market organization, partnering with the GTM Lead of Block and their executive team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance for Block, this leader will drive financial strategy, business modeling, and decision support while serving as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership. Leading our function for strategic GTM partnership, you will shape how finance and GTM functions collaborate on Block's most crucial initiatives. Your team will focus on deeply strategic analytical work, from designing and executing acquisition strategies to building frameworks that assess performance across brands, functions, and channels.
