Your Mission We're looking for a Senior Growth Lead to drive sustainable, data-informed growth across the entire customer lifecycle - from acquisition to retention - and take BlaBlaCar to the next level in Ukraine. You'll own the local growth leading and partner with global teams on settings the strategy end-to-end, blending analytical rigor with creative experimentation to unlock new opportunities, optimize performance, and build scalable systems for long-term success.This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing, business, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure that every stage of the funnel contributes to a seamless and engaging customer journey. Your Role Lead full-funnel growth initiatives - from awareness and acquisition to engagement, retention, and referral. Develop and execute data-driven experiments to identify, test, and scale the most impactful growth levers. Own key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and engagement. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve user journeys, messaging, and channel performance. Design and manage multi-channel growth strategies, including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing (email, push, CRM), SEO/ASO, partnerships, and referrals.
