Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely. Your Missions As our new HR Country specialist based in Sao Paulo, you will be the backbone of our Brazil operations, acting as the strategic bridge between our Paris HR/Finance teams and our local partners. You are not just a coordinator; you are the owner of local compliance, payroll accuracy, and office culture. You will ensure our growth in Brazil is supported by robust policies and seamless administrative execution. You will be reporting to the Head of People Operations, data & systems working closely with HRBPs, HR Data and Systems Specialist, the global People Ops team, and local leaders. Your responsibilities People operations & payroll: own the end-to-end employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding-ensuring 100% accuracy in payroll cycles and leave management. Act as the trusted first point of contact for all local employees and leaders regarding daily HR queries. HR compliance & strategy : serve as the expert lead for Brazilian labor regulations, maintaining all internal policies and benefit schemes (meal, gym, etc.) in strict legal accordance. Partner with our Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HRBP team, to lead the implementation of remuneration policies, including precise bonus calculations and collective bargaining (Dissídios) alignment.
