What You'll Do - Design, develop and evolve our cloud-based messaging systems with a focus on scaling and automation - Take ownership of the Confluent Kafka deployment - pro-actively identify bottlenecks, improve configurations and work with other engineering teams to tune applications - Design, develop and test backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure they are robust and reproducible - Build scalable, robust solutions for complex technical challenges, ensuring infrastructure design aligns
