Job Summary: We're looking for a dependable Overnight Operations Specialist (Driver) to support fleet operations across New York City. In this role, you'll drive a company van throughout NYC during overnight hours, repositioning e-scooters/e-bikes, swapping batteries, and ensuring vehicles are safe, charged, and ready for riders by morning. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently at night, and confident navigating city streets. Shift : Morning: 8:30 AM - 5 PM Two consecutive days off each week Responsibilities : Safely operate a company vehicle using app-based routing across NYC Load, unload, and transport scooters and e-bikes (50-90 lbs) Rebalance fleet from low-demand to high-demand areas Swap batteries and ensure all devices are properly charged Perform basic diagnostics and flag damaged or malfunctioning vehicles Clean, disinfect, and prepare vehicles for daily rider use Stage and organize vehicles in warehouse locations Conduct routine checks on
