BETA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in South Burlington, Vermont. This position will support a variety of projects in electrical engineering domains including high-voltage to low-voltage power conversion, PCBA design, low voltage power distribution, instrumentation/monitoring, schematic capture, and more. Primary responsibilities will include the development of circuit boards from conceptualization to production and completion of the associated certification processes and requirements verification. This position will also support system-level design and verification testing. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Work with internal and external stakeholders Identifying project goals, budget, and scope Develop system architectures and distill hardware components into subassemblies, circuits, and board designs Ability to design new products across multiple dimensions including: cost, reliability, efficiency, and features Develop from the low-level circuit design to full-scale, integrated system design and see those systems all the way though to volume manufacturing and field deployment Troubleshoot and rework electrical equipment and printed circuit boards Develop test and verification plans for your product designs Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 4 years of experience in electrical engineering in a product
