The Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for driving the development of innovative equipment, and processes for the manufacture of our eVTOL and eCTOL products. You will be expected to leverage your past industry experience, innate curiosity, and supplement with new knowledge gained through research and experimentation as you design, build, and validate novel manufacturing processes. You will be challenged every day and probably have a lot of fun. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Stay up to date on the art of what's possible in the industry. Be on the forefront of manufacturing R&D Rethink manufacturing processes to enable optimization with improved tooling/equipment Work with the product design and materials and processes teams to concurrently develop novel manufacturing processes Lead process ideation, creation and development efforts Prototype and test novel manufacturing processes Optimize inspection, quality, and test processes while maintaining regulatory compliance Support commissioning and validation of tooling and equipment Fabricate and modify parts as needed, including tasks such as machining and welding Develop maintenance and troubleshooting documentation including qualification and calibration procedures Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace or other
