About this role
Design Consultation Program Specialist Design Experience Coordinator As the Design Experience Coordinator, you will lead our design consultation program, helping customers bring their outdoor spaces to life through personalized recommendations and visualizations. You'll partner with customers and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and design teams to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer experience. This role blends creativity, customer engagement, and innovation to drive brand growth and deliver exceptional design experiences. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota . You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. What you'll do - Lead the design consultation program, providing tailored recommendations and visual solutions - Create personalized outdoor living designs for customers - Manage Trade Program applications, onboarding, and engagement - Develop design-forward marketing assets across channels - Collaborate across teams to improve processes and customer experiences Basic qualifications - 2+ years of retail or interior design experience - 2+ years using Adobe Creative Suite - 2+ years using CAD software (Rhino 3D preferred) - Strong customer communication skills - Cross-functional collaboration experience - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred qualifications - 3+ years of retail or interior design experience - 3+ years using Adobe Creative Suite - 3+ years using CAD software (Rhino 3D preferred) - Experience creating marketing/design content What's in it for
