Within Bentley, the Design organization shapes meaningful experiences - from brand to in-product interactions - with clarity, coherence, and craft. An integral part of this work lies with the Digital Design team, a cross-functional team of creative problem-solvers focused on transforming Bentley's digital experience. Our goal is to ensure that users experience the same level of quality across all touch points, channels, and digital products-delivering a seamless, high-quality experience. Great design at scale only works if the foundations are solid. As Senior Product Designer, UI & Design Systems, you'll be the person who makes that happen across Bentley's digital experience. This is a craft leadership role - sitting at the intersection of UI quality, design system adoption, and team enablement - and it's one of the most important roles in the team. You'll work across our buying and post-purchase experience teams as a senior practitioner and coach - raising the bar for UI quality, driving adoption of our design system in day-to-day delivery, and acting as the connective tissue between Digital Design, the central Design Systems team and our Brand team. You won't just know what good looks like - you'll help everyone around y
