Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, Business Partner Job Location - Country Ireland Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) Position Summary: Bentley Systems is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Analytics Business Partner to support our global Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership, delivering insights that drive campaign performance, pipeline generation, and marketing investment decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will play a critical role in elevating marketing analytics into a strategic decision-support capability across the organization. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary analytics partner for Demand Generation and Field Marketing leadership Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, pipeline generation, and regional marketing effectiveness Partner with marketing leaders to inform campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization Develop and deliver executive-ready reporting, including QBRs and MBRs Analyze marketing investment ROI across campaigns, channels, and regions Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across marketing programs Collaborate with Lifecycle and Measurement teams to connect marketing engagement to pipeline and revenue outcomes Translate complex business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations Contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks and KPI definitions Drive continu
