You'll be part of the Digital Design team - a group of designers, and problem-solvers focused on transforming Bentley's digital experience. In this role, you'll lead design across Bentley's buying experience - working closely with Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Engineering to shape how users discover, evaluate, and purchase our products - from first touchpoint through to checkout. This is a leadership role for someone who is equally invested in their people, their craft, and their impact. You'll develop a high-performing team, drive a more coherent buying experience, and ensure the work you ship moves the needle for Bentley's growth.
