About the role The Resident Growth Associate is a key player in Belong's mission to provide an exceptional experience for prospective residents, ensuring their journey to finding their dream home is seamless and delightful. This customer-facing role is responsible for managing initial interactions with potential residents, growing our pipeline of leads, and guiding them through the early stages of their experience with Belong. You'll handle inquiries, coordinate tours, and provide comprehensive information about our homes and qualifications. Additionally, you'll collaborate on tech initiatives to enhance processes and deliver outstanding service. Role Responsibilities - Managing Communications: Field calls, chat, email, and text messages to address inquiries and concerns from potential residents through. Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and informative experience. - Tour Coordination: Schedule tours for prospective residents, capturing availability if scheduling is not possible. Notify residents of any tour changes or cancellations promptly. Provide post-tour follow-ups to address any remaining questions or concerns. - Lead Follow-Up and Support: Proactively
