It's a role for someone who lives and breathes operational excellence, who sees beauty in six sigma precision, and who believes that systems, powered by discipline, math, and AI, can bend and organize reality. What You Will Do Architect the AI-Driven System that powers Belong's inspections and onboarding nationwide, using our own software to create a zero-defect, infinitely scalable process. Execute onboarding repairs to six sigma standards, managing everything from the first inspection to the last nail, ensuring no detail is missed.
