About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Service Lab Executive to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will support product testing, customer complaint analysis, formulation support, and technical service activities. This role involves hands-on lab work, data interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and quality. How You Will Do It Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Support technical service requests by performing application studies, product evaluations, and performance testing. Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing analytical reports and recommendations. Develop and optimize test methods, formulations, and application procedures as required. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, test results, calibration logs, and lab reports. Ensure compliance with lab safety practices, ISO standards, and internal SOPs.
