About The Role Ensure all QM rules in accordance with ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001 / VDA / AIAG procedures Address and resolve quality issues, providing technical input and guidance on process enhancements and improvements at suppliers Drive pro-active QM mindset in BU How You Will Do It Cooperate with Sales and Engineer team on product development and jointly define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements (Focus on critical products, critical processes or critical suppliers) Work with global team to improve Supplier Quality Management system Drive “Quality Assurance Agreements” (QSV) with Suppliers and execute accordingly Supplier evaluation is based on historical performance together with purchasing and release score to supplier regularly. Supplier audit, including potential supplier audit, annual audit, product and process audit and assess their practices and procedures and identify areas for improvement Take responsibility for the overall quality
