About The Role According to the Plant / Production Manager's direction and plant production guidance, implement the correct production procedures by and assigning duties to the Senior Chemist & Junior Chemist and directing their activities to ensure the production completed timely in quality and quantity. How You Will Do It Supervise production Coordinate and monitor the whole process, schedule, priorities of production in shift and respond to any deviations required arising out of the reports (e.g. shift production performance, quality report from lab, quality control department) by effective corrective actions. Set and continuously update production schedules and regulate work flow to ensure maximum use of machinery / equipment capacity and utility supply at minimum costs and fulfill daily/ weekly/ monthly production plan, including trial production.
