Observes and validates market trends and competitor activities (products, patents, literature). Recommend for new products/projects/applications within the innovation flow in cooperation with the concerned project team. Defines initiates and leads market-/customer related projects and product developments. Monitor, validate and document progresses achievements of milestones, coordinate the transfer of results into pilot plant, production and other business units if necessary.
