In the Cyber Engineering & IAM Solutions Product Family the Directory Services Product Team is responsible for providing secure, audit proof Directory Services on-premise and in the cloud. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and enhance Active Directories (AD) and Cloud Directories (Entra ID and 21Vianet). • Serve as a technical expert for authentication and authorization services, group policies and related Microsoft ecosystem components. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and third-level support for complex issues across global environments. • Collaborate closely with other architects, engineers, project managers and product owners in a global team setup. • Participate in lifecycle management, including updates, patching, migrations, and system hardening.
