GDD/EQ - Junior SAP PM Support Engineer (m/f/d) Country / Location India Senior SAP PM Support Engineer (m/f/d) About the Role The IT Service Engineer is responsible for the delivery, operation, and further development of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) asset master data services within the unit SAP PM Services, Project & Contractor Solutions . The role acts as a Key Account and primary contact for assigned plants regarding SAP PM solutions, ensuring compliant, high-quality, and customer-oriented asset master data management based on BASF standards and best practices. Your Responsibilities SAP PM Service Delivery & Key Account Responsibility Act as first point of contact (Key Account) for assigned plants for all questions related to SAP PM solutions within the product Digital Asset Master Data Management . Provide SAP PM services globally for BASF. Actively acquire new customers and promote the SAP PM service portfolio to increase awareness and adoption of the service offering. SAP PM Master Data Management Deliver SAP PM base services, including: Creation and maintenance of Functional Location structures Maintenance of Equipments Creation and maintenance of Maintenance Plans Management of SAP PM documents Ensure SAP PM master data is created and maintained in compliance with BASF standards and best practices , considering local regulations where required.
