In this role, you will focus on the technical operation, stability, and optimization of central Windows workplace applications such as Adobe Acrobat, SAP GUI, and similar tools that are used by BASF employees worldwide. You will work in an international environment, working closely with the Application Owners, supporting them with deep technical expertise and ensuring reliable and high quality application services for BASF employees worldwide. You will take the technical lead for complex application landscapes and collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure efficient, secure, and future ready workplace solutions. Your Key Responsibilities • Technical Application Support o Support BASF employees in the use of Windows workplace applications. o Analyze incidents, resolve technical issues, and support problem management activities. • Technical Ownership & Expertise o Act as a technical expert for assigned applications, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance. o Support root cause analysis and contribute to sustainable technical solutions. • Collaboration with the Value Owner o Work closely with the Value Owner and provide
