Field Operations Assistant O bjectives of the Position: Assist and help the Field Operations Manager in the smooth implementation of in-house and off-site “Farm Operation Activities” of the Agricultural Research Station (ARS) - Bay Laguna. Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities Assist the Field Operations Manager in the planning, organizing and allocating of resources for the efficient execution of trials/ experiment of the customers: Field Biology Indications (Fungicide, Herbicide and Insecticide) and Insecticide Research (Insectary Team, CTI Team and advance Testing/Microplot Team). Help the Field Operations Manager in creating good communication and interaction with other agricultural research stations, research institutes, universities, and suppliers to gain and share best practice(s).
