We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in New Providence, NJ. The Facilities Assistant provides day‑to‑day administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Site Manager and facility leadership team. This role helps ensure smooth site operations by managing purchase orders, scheduling vendors and contractors, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting health and safety programs, and assisting with supervision of facility staff.
