Assistant Manager - Pigment and Paste Country / Location India O bjectives of the Position Support the local Pigment & Paste Owner in managing and executing pigment and paste-related activities in India. The role focuses on operational support, coordination, data transparency, and implementation of agreed actions across production, C-Labs, procurement, and suppliers, contributing to robust quality, cost competitiveness, and sustainable local operations. M ain Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities Support to Pigment & Paste Ownership Support the local Pigment & Paste Owner in day-to-day pigment and paste activities in India including root causes investigation. Prepare analyses, reports, and documentation to support decision-making within the PSM framework Operational & Cross ‑ functional Coordination Support alignment of Indian pigment and paste activities with global PSM processes and standards Coordinate with production, C-Labs, procurement, and suppliers on agreed activities and follow ‑ ups Follow action items, milestone related to pigment and paste topics Pigment Paste Localization & optimization (Support Role) Support pigment paste localization projects, including testing coordination, data collection, and documentation Support implementation and follow-up of agreed optimization measures together with production and lab teams Consolidation & Transparency Support pigment and paste consolidation activities in India based on defined transparency frameworks Maintain and update local overviews of pigment toolbox, paste portfolio,
