Align new requirements with team availability, capacity, and priorities, collaborating with the team and ensuring alignment with product goals. Address and monitor upcoming impediments, providing methods to foster continuous improvement and effective communication while managing conflicts and promoting self-organization. Ensure adherence to the operating model, ways of working, and appropriate processes, ensuring individuals understand their roles and facilitating the right experts for relevant questions.
