Our product lives on the homes of real people, and video allows us to capture those moments, tell their stories, and make the complex world of energy feel human and relatable. From paid social ads to organic content, video is how we bring Base to life and connect with our community. We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving video editing intern to join our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of content production and digital marketing - you'll take raw footage and a brief, and turn it into polished ads, social clips, and brand content that performs. The right candidate is organized, understands the difference between paid and organic content, and isn't afraid to move quickly. What You'll Do - Edit video content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) as well as organic channels, adapting tone and format to match each platform's requirements. - Take a brief and raw footage and turn around polished, on-brand edits quickly and professionally. - Help build out
