We are engineers, operators, and creatives solving some of the most complex, interdisciplinary challenges of our time. About the Role As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Technician at Base, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing new battery products and manufacturing processes from early prototypes to full production. You'll support prototype builds, validate manufacturing processes, and ensure each trial meets product specifications. Along the way, you'll document observations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help refine processes that will eventually scale across our production lines. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing while helping turn new ideas into real, scalable products. What You'll Do - Support prototype builds and trial runs for new products and manufacturing processes - Assist in validating manufacturing processes to ensure product specifications are consistently achieved - Test and validate systems and components to support quality assurance procedures - Document observations during build trials and capture the state of assembly and process performance - Read and follow manufacturing instructions, mechanical drawings, and basic electrical documentation - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to evaluate and refine production processes - Provide feedback during change control and process improvement discussions What You'll Bring - Experience supporting prototype
