About the Role Base Power Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Management Associate to own the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet. This role handles the administrative, compliance, and vendor coordination work that keeps our fleet running safely, legally, and efficiently. What You'll Do - Maintain accurate fleet records including vehicles, maintenance schedules, compliance documentation, and checkout forms - Monitor weekly driver inspection reports, ensure they're completed on time, and follow up on findings - Review PM schedules, create work orders, and coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors to minimize downtime - Manage insurance claims from first notice through resolution, coordinating with providers and repair shops - Track fleet damage incidents and compile regular fleet reports - Monitor fuel card activity for alerts and policy violations; process fuel card and toll bill payments on schedule - Maintain registration records, coordinate driver inspections required for renewals, and order and install license plates, toll tags, and telematics devices as needed - Review telematics data in Samsara to identify policy violations (speeding, mobile phone use, etc.), assign coaching sessions, and track completion What You'll Bring - 2+ years in
