Primary purpose of the position: This position is part of a team responsible for the daily administration of corporate-sponsored benefits and compensation programs, with a primary focus on U.S. Retirement & Savings and Pension plans, including 401(k), defined benefit pension, and deferred compensation programs. The role supports program communication, implementation, administration, and compliance, while partnering with team members who support Health and Group Benefits and other compensation programs. The position reports to the Manager, U.S. Benefits, and aligns with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) strategy. Essential Responsible Areas: Under the general guidance of the Manager, U. S Benefits, this role is accountable for the daily administration and procedures of a variety of Total Rewards programs, with a primary focus in U.S. Retirement & Savings and Pension programs, including 401(k), defined benefit pension, and deferred compensation programs.
