Client Manager, Retirement Plans - The Baldwin Group Financial Services Irvine, California, US The Baldwin Group Wealth Advisors, LLC is an independent RIA firm offering financial planning and investment advice for individuals, and fiduciary retirement plan services to corporations. We pride ourselves in being a high touch organization that is highly competent, proactive, and responsive. Due to our continued growth, the Retirement Plan Consulting division currently has an opening for an Associate Client Manager. This role would be assisting with departmental objectives while maintaining relationships with key retirement plan sponsors (governmental and 401k) with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES: Generate and coordinate client and prospective deliverables, with an emphasis on accuracy and meeting stringent deadlines Update and generate weekly reports utilizing the CRM and MS Office Maintain/update CRM and Department tracking sheets on a real time basis Data gathering for surveys Offer additional support in facilitating RFP's from various vendors through the RPAG system Build up subject matter expertise through self study (ex. designations, licensing), industry partner interactions, and client interaction Special projects as needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2-4 years of working experience in customer service in the financial services industry or analytical role preferred. Working knowledge of mutual funds. Working knowledge of 401(k), preferred but not required. Strong written and oral communication skills.
