What the Role Is This role supports our Day Shift operations on-site at our Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, Ohio, working Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on a 4/10 schedule. Babylist is hiring a highly floor-driven Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead a team of 190+ employees across fulfillment, inbound receiving, returns, and our kitting operation - including the team responsible for building Babylist's core kits. This shift plays a critical role in the building, managing most inbound appointments and the majority of returns processing for the operation.
