AVP, Offer Strategy & Client Experience - Banking Programs San Diego, CA Axos Clearing LLC Target Range: $70,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. The Offer Strategy & Client Experience team focuses on driving value creation that supports revenue growth, client satisfaction, and competitive differentiation. As part of this team, you will play a key role in the development and execution of Banking solutions designed for advisors and IBDs, helping enable more holistic wealth management. This role offers the opportunity to develop strategy, support program design, and deliver innovative solutions that combine the scale of Axos with the evolving needs of the advisor community. Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the Advisor and IBD Banking Program strategy, helping enhance the firm's value proposition and growth initiatives. Vision & Roadmap Contribution: Support the articulation and execution of Banking Program priorities, maintaining alignment with market trends, firm goals, and client needs.
