About This Job Axos Securities is hiring a Vice President of Prospect & Growth Marketing to lead two core growth areas: B2B advisor recruiting (IBDs and RIAs) and end‑to‑end B2C growth marketing for Invest. The role oversees the full prospect journey from first touch to onboarding for B2B, and from acquisition through activation, funding, adoption, and lifetime value for B2C. This leader will build scalable, compliant growth systems, drive measurable business results, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Compliance. Operating across both B2B and B2C channels, they must apply structure, rigor, and clarity to complex growth challenges.
