About This Job Join Axos Bank's immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns have a choice between one of two sessions to accommodate varying school calendars. Session 1: May 27 - August 14 Session 2: June 16 - September 4 The Automation Analyst Intern will support Axos Bank's enterprise automation initiatives by helping design and deliver scalable, low‑code solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. This role provides hands‑on exposure to Axos Bank's Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment within a regulated financial services environment. Interns will collaborate closely with technology and business partners to build well‑governed, high‑impact automation solutions that support Axos Bank's digital‑first operating model. Develop, configure, and enhance automation solutions using low‑code/no‑code platforms to support business processes Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment Assist with documenting functional requirements, technical designs, and process flows Build and test workflows, integrations, and basic UI components within automation tools Support
