You'll partner across HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to design and implement data-driven compensation strategies that support Axon's growth and performance culture. In this role, you'll blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving - using tools like AI, automation, and advanced data visualization to modernize how we deliver compensation insights.
