Your Impact As Senior Director of Commercial Operations, Quoting, you will lead and optimize Axon's domestic quoting function, owning the quote creation lifecycle. You'll be a critical partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT - delivering pricing accuracy, process rigor, and an exceptional customer experience at every stage. Your team is organized to support Axon's specific sales end markets, ensuring deep knowledge of the unique requirements each customer segment demands. You will lead policy development, process design, and change management as Axon modernizes its systems and technology across the commercial operations stack. Reports to: Vice President, Commercial Operations Direct Reports: 20 Location: Onsite 4 days a week (Tues-Fri) at an Axon Hub - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale Strategic Objectives Elevate the Sales Experience: Simplify and streamline how Sales engages with quoting operations.
