Your Impact As the Engineering Manager for Mobile, you will lead and grow the team that designs the technology powering Axon Device Manager , Axon Device Checkout , and the Fleet 3 Dashboard -mobile IoT applications that connect Axon devices to officers in the field, promoting transparency and protecting truth worldwide. Looking ahead, this role is scoped for expansion: you will help define and staff the next wave of Axonʼs mobile offerings, consolidating experiences where it makes sense and scaling our platform to support additional applications and features still on the roadmap. You'll collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, designers, and a Release Manager to turn bold product concepts into secure, reliable mobile and frontend experiences.
