Your Impact As Axon accelerates its growth through strategic acquisitions, this role will be at the center of how we bring new companies into our operational ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end operational integration of acquired businesses - connecting planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and quality into a unified operating model. Your work will directly determine how quickly and effectively Axon captures value from each deal, and you'll have a seat at the table from due diligence through full integration. What You'll Do Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters Reports to: EVP, Operations Direct Reports: none Travel: Extensive travel required during due diligence and integration phases Lead operational integration planning and execution for M&A transactions, spanning planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and systems Participate in pre-close operational due diligence - assessing the target company's operational maturity, risks, supplier dependencies, systems landscape, and integration complexity Develop and maintain
