Your Impact As a Senior member of the TASER Electrical Engineering team, you will drive and engage in innovative hands-on design, development, and testing of cutting-edge electronics that are integral to Axon TASER Products. You will apply strong technical expertise and sound engineering judgment to deliver robust, high-quality designs that meet rigorous product and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will own substantial portions of circuit and subsystem designs, support system-level architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across product engineering, firmware, new product introduction, manufacturing, and quality teams. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the technical bar within the team while continuing to grow your own technical leadership capabilities.
