Your Impact As a Product Marketing Manager focused on Axon's software portfolio, with initial emphasis on DEMS, AI, and productivity workflows, you will define how high impact software initiatives are positioned, launched, and adopted in market. You will focus on the highest-impact initiatives, applying disciplined prioritization and scalable GTM frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency across a large and evolving roadmap. You will own execution for assigned launches and initiatives, while enabling Product - and field-led motions for lower-tier releases. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications partners to bring new capabilities to market, support pipeline growth, and drive meaningful adoption across Axon's software platform, the fastest-growing part of the entire product portfolio.
