Your Impact In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing Operator will identify, prioritize, and simultaneously accomplish multiple tasks using time management. You will perform tasks and motions ranging from basic in nature to complex. Repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies such as modules, boards, and panels. You will follow process flows, work instructions, standardized techniques, and sequence of operations in assembling parts, component installation, hand soldering, and sub-assemblies and units. Your Day-to-Day - Maintain a safe work environment by following Axon safety policies - Maintains quality standards according to process flows and work instructions - Must be able to demonstrate a mathematical aptitude in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - Good written and verbal communication skills - Takes initiative and elevates accurate information to technicians and maintenance when needed - Knowledge of materials and production processes - An excellent understanding of equipment sequence and the impact
