Your Impact As a Professional Services Manager II (PSM2) for Axon Air , you will lead the deployment of Axon drone technology for law enforcement, enterprise, and public safety agencies. This elevated role requires advanced technical proficiency, deep program management expertise, and the ability to independently manage complex deployments. You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) , ensuring customers not only adopt Axon Air solutions but also realize their full potential to transform workflows and enhance organizational effectiveness. By combining advanced technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and consultative leadership, you will accelerate customer adoption, influence program expansion, and deliver long-term success.
