As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Manager. You will assist in the responsibility for overseeing team members during a designated shift. In your role you will ensure GSOC team members adhere to all post orders, protocols, procedures, regulations, and compliance with company policies. You will be the first point of contact for escalations on incidents and emergencies in the absence of Security Management. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our operations and assets around the world. You will work to ensure a secure environment for employees, clients, and partners while utilizing advanced technology to monitor and respond to security incidents. Your Day-to-Day - Monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls. - Monitor CCTV, to protect the building and assets, also to prevent or help stop any crime from occurring. - Respond
