Your Impact As a Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting operators, and ensuring products are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. You'll help drive production performance by monitoring critical processes, supporting validation activities, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing challenges.
