As a Employee Experience Program Manager II, you will design, build, and deliver learning programs that strengthen capability across the business. You will partner with regional and international stakeholders, with a primary focus on Vietnam, to identify needs, create effective learning solutions, and scale programs that improve performance, leadership, and employee development. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong instructional design, facilitation, program management, and stakeholder partnership skills - and who knows how to turn learning needs into practical, high-impact solutions.
