Your Impact As Axon's DC Operator I, you will play a key role in supporting accurate, safe, and efficient daily operations within our distribution center. This role helps ensure materials are received, moved, stored, picked, packed, and delivered on time to support Axon's business and customer needs. You'll also serve as a resource for problem solving, training, and supporting new or less experienced team members, helping raise the standard for safety, quality, and operational execution across the team. What You'll Do Location: Onsite at our Phoenix, AZ office Reports to: Senior Outbound Supervisor Direct Reports: None - Pick, pack, move, maintain, and store materials accurately and efficiently in accordance with distribution center procedures. - Coordinate with other departments to support timely and accurate delivery of materials. - Conduct detailed inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and report issues to ensure inventory accuracy. - Use warehouse management systems, or WMS, on a computer
