Our Real Estate team is looking for a Maintenance Technician to help with a lot of the "heavy lifting" for day-to-day tasks in and around our 200,000 sqft building and 17-acre campus. We are looking for someone able to work 30 hours or more each week between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. What you will do: - As assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager; perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment and machinery to ensure the health and safety of all employees - Install and maintain office furnishings, materials and equipment - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective actions to prevent equipment failures by reporting to the Maintenance Manager - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols and housekeeping standards - May be required to operate various tools and equipment in the performance of their duties What you will bring: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role or relevant job
