We accelerate performance througth RFID enable inventory and loss prevention solutions, price management, global compliance, and brand security solutions Job Description: ABOUT YOUR ROLE Import executive is responsible for arranging inventories with adhere to company & country policies, to plan & implement all import transportation strategies according to supplier & customer demands & administer movement of all goods & ensure compliance to all government regulation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Responsible for imports of RM/FG/Inks/Parts/Machines with adhere to their classification & company policies /government regulation. Should be well verse with all Import policies. Should be aware of all concession agreements ( FTA//COO) Making sure that all these import programs are in agreement with the accepted rules and regulations of the organization. Dealing with Day to Day Customs issues via advising through clearing agent. Scrutiny of Shipping Documents. Sending details of consignments to clearing Agents. Verification of custom duties & sending Pay order request to Finance. Follow up with clearing agent for shipment release. Ensuring to in house shipment on timely basis . Providing all relevant documents to Finance for remittance purpose.
