Leads the team, but does not have direct reports, GPS duties, disciplinary duties, etc. Applies advanced skills to the position or specialization. Designated a “Lead” or “Working Supervisor” Orients, trains, assigns and checks the work of junior level employees. Leading Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed. Act as a team role model and change-agent. Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals. Operations Maintain quality control processes to ensure products/services meet quality standards; lead implementation of process improvements. Translate goals into team priorities and respond to production needs. Assist Manager with production flow, staffing schedule and resources to budget and plan. Communicate and monitor key operational metrics. Ensure best practices and standard operating procedures are being followed by conducting frequent business audits.
