Job Description: About the Role Avery Dennison is seeking a high-impact Innovation Manager in AMEA to drive strategic growth, by leading the end to end innovation process and outcomes in the region. The role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the innovation agenda for a high-growth region, working directly with senior leadership on strategic priorities and shaping the future growth agenda for AMEA. Key Responsibilities 1. Insight Generation & Opportunity Identification Lead structured market discovery and insight generation across AMEA Lead deep-dive ecosystem interviews (brands, converters, retailers, regulators, etc.) Identify unmet and unarticulated needs across key segments and industries Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear opportunity areas 2. Innovation Pipeline Development Build and manage a robust innovation funnel aligned with AMEA strategic priorities Evaluate opportunities using structured frameworks (market attractiveness, feasibility, ROI) Drive concept development from idea to validated business case Partner with regional and global teams to align innovation prioritie s 3.
